How long does it take
The time required depends on the scope and
complexity of the project, how the process is managed
and perhaps most of all, how well a client can make
decisions.
We encourage client early involvement making as many
of the critical decisions as soon as possible. To defer
those decisions leads to delays.
We utilize project management software to identify the
tasks, set deadlines and milestones. We also use
these tools during the construction phase to assist in
expediting the construction.
