Southside Place
prize in a raffle conducted by the original developer of
Southside Place. Unfortunately it was small and the
plan was awkward. Working closely with the owner,
Realtor Robert Gray, we added a spacious master
suite with master bath, storage, and office. Spaces
downstairs were reconfigured to create a really usable
home.
