This small office park was designed with buildings of
different sizes for sale to medical offices. Individual
practices could occupy all of 2400 and 4800 square foot
buildings or multiple practices could occupy buildings in
modules of 1200, 1500 or 1800 square feet with direct
entry from the exterior.
Buildings were designed for low maintenance with steel
framing, brick exterior walls, aluminum windows and
metal roofs.
