The original restaurant had served fine Thai cuisine out
of a makeshift kitchen built without the benefit of
professional planning. This kitchen, planned around
the production of the Thai menu is both clean and
efficient.
Located in an upscale neighborhood, the dining space
was designed to provide a variety of experiences. Use
of Thai detailing of doors, trim and paneling made
reference to the ethnic heritage. The detail and lighting
created a sophisticated space for a fine dining
experience.
