Woodland Park is a unique upscale solution to an
unconventional retail site. Located on a wooded site
between two major roads leading from the Woodlands
to I-45, it was suitable primarily for destination, specialty
retail tenants who don’t feel the need to be in a typical
strip center facing the street.

The site was master planned and developed with an
internal road through the property to accommodate the
center as well as three office buildings contributing on-
site customers for the center. The Center was
anchored on both ends by restaurants and featured a
major entry and three retail pads fronting the large
flexible retail space. Canopies and load bearing
brickwork were detailed to give the impression that it
had been part of the fabric of the community for a long
time.
